How to perform a massage

Always do the massage towards the lymph nodes

  • That is to the heart, the armpits, and the groin.

Order (bottom to top)

  1. Feet→ calves → knees
  2. Thighs→ groin
  3. Buttocks
  4. Belly– gently, clockwise
  5. Back– from bottom to top
  6. Hands→ shoulders →armpits

Technique

  • Movements should be long, sliding
  • Pressure: light-medium (skin may turn pink, but not red)
  • Each area: 5–10 strokes
